About Yurinn
Hello, my name is Yuri and my husband is Nathan. We have been working in hospitality for over 20 years and we know how to treat guests, that's why we decided to share our house with you. You will love staying with us.
Our house is surrounded by nature, located on the outskirts of Cancun City, very close to Cancun International Airport. You can only hear the singing of the birds. Perfect to relax after or before a long flight.
Our Story
We have this piece of land since 1996. We built a beautiful colonial house in the middle of the jungle, and decided to share it with guests after our kids moved away in 2015. Since then we built more rooms, and started hosting lots and lots of guests year after year.
Thanks to all guest reviews through platforms like Tripadvisor, we have been recognized as one of the Top Bed & Breakfasts in Cancún.

Welcome to Yurinn
We are happy to welcome you to Cancun and to our home. Please take a minute to read this letter, it will help your arrival and stay with us simple and easy.
1. For your arrival you can schedule transportation with us, but you are also free to do this at the airport. Our transportation rate from the airport is 650 pesos, from 8:00am to 8:00pm and 400 pesos going back to the airport. Transportation to the Hotel Zone, Playa del Carmen or any other place down the coast has an extra charge.
2. We will need your arrival information (time, flight number and airline) to arrange the pick up.
3. Check in is at 3:00 pm, check out is 12:00 pm. If you need to check in or check out at different times, let us know in advance.
4. Your stay includes complementary continental breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
5. You can call us or send us a WhatsApp message to +52 9981068836 (Yuri) or +52 9982590171 (Nathan). We suggest you download WhatsApp — it's the easiest and fastest way to communicate in Mexico.
6. Our home is secluded and surrounded by nature. Food delivery is available from 3pm to 8pm, upon advance request. Drinks available for an extra cost.
7. We have internet access all around the house.
8. We have a swimming pool in case you would like to take a dip.
9. Your hosts are fluent in English and Spanish.
10. Methods of payment are cash, credit card, or transfers (commissions may apply). For anything besides your room, cash only.
